How Call Karen Works

Get in Touch

Ring or Email so we can discuss the details of your ask and I will give you a personalised quote (I aim to respond within 24 hrs).

You decide

If you're happy with the quote then we can agree the finer details (like me getting a key!) and leave the rest to me.

Job Done!

Pay by cash or bank transfer, I will give you an invoice and a receipt. Then, hopefully, you can recommend me to all your friends and family!

Who am I?

I've lived in Woodhall Spa since 2004, when I left the Army. You may know me from the annual "Strawberry Tea" fundraisers for Breast Cancer charities.

I also do the annual knitting funraisers at The Book Fayre in the village. I'm a reserve volunteer for the Tuesday Luncheon Club and help at the Woodhall Country Show.

I've recent retired from the Civil Service and now need something to keep me out of mischief, and so Call Karen was born!

Or... as my son put it "Karen is an old lady doing her best to maintain her independence by doing odd jobs. She used to be a spy, but after old age got in her way, turned her hand to housework!" Charming!

So if you're still wondering if I can help you, just call me. If I can't get to the phone, leave me a message and I will call you back. Promise.

I'm very friendly, chatty and helpful. I love talking, especially if you also have dogs!

I do not smoke and have no pets (unless you count my unruly husband!)
